Web cam traffic brokers?

Anybody know of somebody who sends out traffic that will convert decently with web cam sites such as Tricams, HSN, etc? Don't want crap, will pay for good quality traffic that is interested in these kind of sites.

Ahah well it was worth a try a I guess. I could always go PPC but id rather buy traffic in bulk.
