I would pay on a per submission basis if I could control the sites they were submitted to.

Amount? I dunno. I quess it would be relative to time spent doing it. It doesn't take long, it's just a job that I loathe.

Also, how would you submit to sites that record user IP and block proxy submissions?

Seems like you'd be limited to one client per IP per site per day. No?

no, I am not interchanging software and service. I am taking this poll for someone else, I am not sure their plans on the IP issue to be honest . . . . I think they plan on hiring a group of people to do submitting for them.
