Raiders won't make the playoffs!
 

It's just fucking retarded how bad these guys are now, the defense can't stop the Bears and the offense can't even get more than a field goal on them. This team is unbelievably weak at this point and half the team will retire after this year. Sucks for me to be a Raiders fan again for another couple years.

Does seem that the window has closed, but I wonder how much of that has to do with the coaching and playcalling and the fact that they can't stretch defenses without porter.

I know a lot of it is playcalling, they O and D coordinators are pulling a Mike Martz thinking that they're system is going to work no matter what instead of adapting. Get back to the no huddle, two tight ends and power run Tyrone Wheatley and then you can throw the short screen passes to Garner. They really are fucking things up, being one year older is not what's doing it.

If you don't adapt in the NFL people figure you out real fast and they aren't adapting and their weaknesses are getting exploited.
