Can't you just add another user/profile for her in your windows and don't give the rights to install anything to this user?

You don't have to restart to use two users at once, simply turn on fast switching and when you leave, lock it up and all your applications will continue to run. Give her a limited account and she won't be able to do shit - well, come to think of it, it's microsoft so who knows? exploits anyone? LOL
