Watch out they have only 1 bw provider who is nlayer.net, a new comer to the scene, I really doubt anyone large is there yet since nlayer's network is very new, hence very under priced to attract market share such as adultxspace

Try a traceroute. Maybe it's one of the ISP's between you and adultxspace who has connection speed problems.
