Looks like an 18 inch saugagek, and comes in beef, and for those in the South, Winn Dixie has Hilshire ones "Buy one get one free" :-)))

Polish folks love them

Great to add to spagetti sauces.

I slice it up fry it and add it to my macaroni.

Spirals of course and with one third of the noodles poured out so it's extra orangy and cheezy....
