Copa (had it not been ruled unconstitutional) would have required sexually explicit material on the internet to be behind an electronic age barrier. With punishment for non compliance being huge fines and jail time. In other words no more galleries or freesites. AVS only or jail. So using your logic anyone who makes galleries or freesites or puts any porn on the internet other than behind an AVS and votes democrat (or at the very least supported Clinton) is a dumbass idiot.

I think there should be some regulation in porn on the net. All you "the sky is falling" ignorant people, seem to think the net would forever go unpoliced and that obscenity laws don't already exist. Adult stores/theaters offline can't show and advertise where they want, why should ones online be able to? If you believe it's ok for kids to come into contact with it, so easily... you are scum regardless of what political party you vote for.

I have no problem doing all I can to prevent minors from seeing my sites. In fact, I already do it. I do not need or want children viewing my sites or wasting my bandwidth and I also don't condone many niches like fantasy rape/murder, scat etc. If you chicken little people believe mainstream porn is going to be completely banished from existence, you need to learn a little more about what they plan on doing and targetting. Then again, if you are making a living off of children clicking your "free" porn sites or seriously demented people who enjoy fantasy rape sites, you probably don't give a fuck either way.

Well, that would make sense, seeing as how the Republican party is the party of the rich. They give tax cuts to the rich and try to find as many new ways to fuck the poor and middle class as much as possible.

The net is very hard for them to control by the simple fact its world wide. So whats illegal in the USA is not illegal in Europe. They can go after individuals in the USA but cleaning up porn on the net, is close to impossible. Where are the poor getting poorer? The standard of living in the US is better than its ever been. The problem is people are comparing their livestyles to ones they see on TV. People no longer are content with food clothing and shelter or 40 acres and a mule. Now they want 200 channels of satellite tv, two cars in the driveway and a house full of appliances. The US is a victim of its own success, few alive today can remember real hardship.

As for education that is a matter for the states and local government.
