yeah .. maybe a dumb question but is there any site where I can find tons of smiley faces and grab 'em and use 'em ? :helpme

I know there was some site with huge list of those crazy icons .. can't remmeber niether name nor url .. so do u think it's ok to grab from here and use them ?
