Who or what is the best way to to protect yourself against password sharing/abuse ?

And what to use against people that download your complete site in hours ?

I've made a php script that protects paysites against password sharing...
I'm selling it cheap: $25/domain.

Try pennywize or try a script from perlcoders.

havent heard many complaints from people using pennywize, looks like the best route.
