Unblock Domain from ENOM... need URGENT help pls

i have a domain registered to a reseller from ENOM and now i want transfer my domain to another registrar but i can't do that becouse my domain STATUS is PROTECTED..
in the admin area from my reseller i have only the options to change the name servers and the info contact..
i've contacted my reseller but they told me that the domain is not blocked by them becouse they are just resellers and they don't have what to do..
i've alos contacted ENOM from 2 days but i don't receive any response from them..

what should i do to deblock my domain?

hrm not sure u can fix that.. why not get the domain pushed into another enom account (free to setup)

I've never had problems using enom.. why not just keep the name there?

i've registered the domain to a reseller and not directely to enom becouse when i registered the domain i don't had a credit card to pay online and to the reseller i've payed directely with cash..
if i make an account to enom how i transfer the domain to this new account? i think will be the same problem like transfering to a new registrar..
also, if u use enom can u tell me please if there is an option in your admin area to beblock your domains.. i don't have a such option in my admin area from the reseller:(

setup a new account, you can skip the credit card detail section.

then go to the account that the domain is currently in and go to the "domain name" menu on the left.

then go to the "push a name" option and enter the name of the new account and the domain name and it's done.

there will be no block.

there used to be a way to make sure names weren't blocked for 60 days or whatever it is, but i think it disappeared. Not 100% sure on that though.

hrm not on the far left? it doesn't say

home
my enom
domain names
etc etc
?

oh well i dunno.. why the desperation to move away from enom anyway?

alex79 09-29-2003 04:22 AM

not.. these menu are not there.. my admin area is to the reseller and not directely to enom, so i think they have different admin area for the people who signup from they resellers..
also, SacX, can u tell me if in your admin area from enom is there any menu or button to unblock your domains?
