Audio flash banners: time to ban these?
 

I'm scrolling through threads with my mouse-scroll thing and all i hear are fucking sounds cause the cursor is in the middle of the page hitting people's big ass flash banner sigs. Give me a fucking break, this is really super-lame-annoying. :BangBang:

I like the International Bucks banner, but the others hurt my feelings.

if its a top banner spot, people can put them in their sigs.

and because lensman makes money on top banner spots, they wont be banned.

however if its not a top banner they should be disallowed

lol these " i hate the the banners with sounds" threads get started every week...so why does it seem like there are MORE of them rather than less?

surf the board with sigs turned off. Makes the board faster and does not annoy you with stupid banners.

Dont mind seeing normal banners, sometimes they can be fun and/or interesting to check out. Thoose with sound suck though ... always playing music from my computer, sound turned up etc.

Maybe allowing sound banners will make the total number of banners actually shown and clicked will go down (since ppl will turn of sigs to ger rid of em, alt. disabling flash). That should be enough for Lensman to ban em? ;]

I just turn my sound off now, no point in arguing. If Lens wants to allow sound on his banners it is his board, and he can do what he wants...

Too bad as some people will just become too annoyed and leave this board for somewhere else.
