Actually yes it does. A couple of the banners give my browser a major lag. Don't know which ones do, but it happens often. My computer is perfectly fine.

I seriously doubt it's the Flash banner, unless you're hanging on every piece of Flash you come across. If not, it's you.... you and you're crappy fucking 386 Packard Bell. Might be time to upgrade from Windows for Workgroups.

It is the flash banner(s).. It has to do with graphic drivers that are not set for that type of machine, yet they are correct for the card and OS. Like Duel machines running Gforce drivers which does gay shit with duel processors, yet still works.

Why it happens is simple, bad flash code by creating an endless flash loop. Which is the memory leak for the machine. It never ends, even when you close it as the flash drivers are not responding from the loop. It does it to every PC, just depends if yours shows it.

Then again, on some machines, it could be a different problem, I do know though it is the flash.
