Home weight machines
Been looking around for home weight machines. I know free weights are the best but without a spotter you can't push it. So I found this:

For that amount of money you are better off getting a membership at the gym. And if nothing is nearby your house then you should still just get free weights. You wont be able to push max weight as easily but you'll be doing more work/harder so your results will actually be better anyway. Plus the majority of those machines just plain suck anyway, I wouldnt get one without trying it out first, period. :thumbsup

i agree, get a gym membership. it feels better to be out in the public away from home, not to mention you can check girls out. make sure you go to a health club and not a place like golds/powerhouse if you want to check girls out.

Get a "Nautilus" machine. All in one compact system. Has sliders so no spotter is required.
Buy a few muscle and weight training books with it. You'll love it. |
you can push it with dumbells without a spotter..

You can even push the bars without a spotter. Just don't go till you can't lift it no more, or just use a power rack and set the to where the bar will rest on them right before it hits your chest. Trust me, thats the best way. If you don't want to hassle with a gym, get a power rack and learn how to do the basic compound movements like squat, deadlift, bench press, military press, and bent over or t-bar rows. You can also supplement your work out with curls and lateral shoulder raises and other smaller stuff. As long as you are using proper form, those will get you big and strong really fast because they are really the best work out to be doing. It's probably better and cheaper just to join a gym that has all that stuff.
