Are banner exchanges dead?

If you've a webmaster program maybe you can try for pulling webmaster traffic to your webmaster related page / site.

snoops from maxcash runs one or two banner exchanges. from posts i've read of hers she has done well with them.

Was just wondering about them myself. Was thinking of hitting up Sex Swap agian, had some ok results in the past. Anyone still using them with any luck.

Also what are some good webmaster banner exchange programs? Might give them a shot to get some traffic to my webmaster area!
