Creatine or Anabolics... Hmmm
I know there are a few bodybuilders out there.
So i'm going to ask for some advice. I need to put on a little upper body muscle in 2 months, nothing major, this has nothing to do with any competitions of sorts, just the fact that my leg muscle power outweighs my upper body power 1:2/3. Now I have no intention of using any anabolics (steriods whatever you wanna call em) But I am considering Creatine, although I want to know if any of you have suffered side effects of any sorts. Alternatively I'll change my diet, I don't think my body likes pasta, burgers and fried almost daily :P So suggest away ^^ |
Lots of training, lots of lean meat and lots of milk will do the job nicely.
