video editing. only adobe premiere?
 

it's been awhile since i had to work with .mpgs/.avis, but i used to always use premiere which would get most jobs done but the last version i used was an unstable POS.

now I need to do basically 3 things: rotate the video 90 degrees, add url/watermark, and convert from avi to .mpg.

are there programs (can be 3 different programs!) to do this other than premiere? I'm so out of the video editing loop, any suggestions are welcome. will premiere even rotate a clip 90 degrees? i don't recall ever having to do that before.
