thinking about getting an account there. tell me about your good/bad experiences. support, speed and why the fuck they are so expensive. (leave your reseller id, so I can signup under you)

Theyre the absolute best imo. Little more expensive than a place like ISPrime, but still very good. Customer support is what I mainly look for and they have it. Always someone there 24/7

I have been with Oxeo for 5months. No problems at all. Top notch only good things to say about them.
They may cost more than some cheap hosts.

But it's all managed and supervised you won't even know if there's a hickup on your server. I even got noticed by ICQ before small 5min mainteneces they had, that i wouldn't even notice.

They answer and resolve most of your problems within 5-10minutes. Helped me with password attacks on my paysite etc.

Price can reflect great service, bad service, or have absolutely no bearing on service. High prices could mean great quality bandwidth, excellent hardware, quick and fast tech support... or it could just be an over-priced pile of shit. Low prices could mean bad quality bandwidth, cheap hardware, poor and slow tech support... or it could be a great company that knows how to keep expenses down while offering supreme service.

Do yourself a favor and talk one-on-one with any host you are looking at. Work with their sales staff and see how willing they are to accommodate YOUR needs instead of THEIRS. Ask to test out their tech support by sending in an email with a trivial question. Take a peek at some other sites running on their network. Don't be afraid to ask questions, even "stupid questions" could save you a lot of hassle later on.

why not just go with isp prime? it's the same bandwidth. oxeo.com gets their routing thru isp and their bandwidth.. why pay more when you can get same thing from isprime

Paying some ghetto ass price for a server in which was built by a teenager with no money for expensive parts in hopes of keeping cost down and trying to rip you for every dollar you have while having the nasty uplink to the net. This yield's to hardware problems and high ping time = slow site = decrease in sales you make.
