People are just starting to get here...
It's outside right now and I couldn't get my camcorder going... only a little logitech webcam, so quality is average.

Give it 10 seconds or so for the wm8 video to buffer and you'll get a good frame rate.

We'll be moving around the cam all night, it's 100% wireless :)

If you get a Login/Password wrong and you actually tried a login starting with 'gfy' then just change the stuff behind 'gfy', it happeneds when someone already logged in with that nickname.
