now this applies to cats, dogs, cows, everything.

they say the scientific explenation to why they cant talk like a human, is that the voice box (or cords?) have not matured as much as humans. Hence they are able to make only specific sounds.



well since we (humans) have matured voice box and/or cords, why cant we make identical sounds as they do?

i mean we can immitate maybe, but its never true. If it were, we would be able to communicate with these animals :2 cents:
