Offshoreclicks down, spam me w/ alternatives
 

I can't reach offshoreclicks.com since like 3 days, seems like they're dead.

I was using their per impressions program. What other programs are there where I can just insert a code on my pages & it redirects people to popup/dialer hell and I get paid by page view?

They always pay on time, $4 CPM.... I think they are better then OffShoreClicks, they shave less (I believe that they both shave, I've tried quite a lot of impression programs and all sems to shave...)

It loads fine for me. You sure you didn't install something like Kazaa Lite that edited your hosts file so you can't access it?

Very sure. Try www.alertra.com for offshoreclicks.com... shows them being unavailable from 2 locations while loading fine from 2 others god knows why.

Yep they had some issues with their Aleron backbone for a couple of weeks. It's back working for me now, just traffic is down by 90% I have no idea why.

OSC is just a huge pain I wish I had some alternative that was as reliable as they used to be and paid by wire....

From Offshore:

October 15: The past weeks connectivity problems over Aleron.net are persisting, it seems aleron has blocked our IP due to a OSC user harvesting usenet emails and spamming. No one informed us about this problem until now, we have of course cancelled the offending user account and reported as much to aleron. Meanwhile (while waiting for aleron to unblock us) we are routing most traffic over alternate backbones, but that's not possible for 100% of the traffic - so if you are having problems accessing offshoreclicks.com your terminal is most likely connecting out to the internet over aleron and not getting through. General traffic levels (for surfers that is) are not affected much though.
