transfering a domain

when i transfer a domain from a registrar to another the Name Servers are automaticaly transfered or i need to introduce again to the new registrar?

One has nothing to do with the other.

Who your registrar is - is not related to who you use for DNS.

If you are currently using your registrar's dns you'll have to change it.
