...what is your thinking about how General Clark did in his first debate?

Why do you keep calling him general? He's retired.

He has a first name. It's Wesley.

His title is General...retired or not.

I hear there's speculation that Clark is just being used as a stalking horse for Sen. Clinton. He could pull alot of the votes from Dean & Kerry, and once they're both pushed down Hillary steps in and Clark backs off.. hmm lol

Howard Dean is a retired doctor, does that mean you're going to refer to him as Doctor Dean all the time?

No...as he now has a new title...which will be his for the rest of his life...and that is Governor Dean...unless he becomes President then he will have a new title.

I'm pleasantly shocked that someone on this board has that good a knowledge of title protocol......I actually had a class in Etiquette (spelling) in school, and my parents made sure we learned it also, but it seems to be another dying aspect of civilization.
