anyone good with outlook?
 

for a month or so ive had this problem and i keep putting it off. its fucking annoying!

when i go to tools, then send/recieve and select an indevidual acct, it works fine when i do it for each one of them.

yet when i open outlook and just hit "send/recieve" button (its suposed to run through each account ..) it pops up this annoying fucking box asking me for my user/pass

the user/pass is already filled in, so i just need to hit "OK" and it goes through fine.


why does it workf or each indevidual acct, but not with the send/recieve button?

as well, i have checked the settings on all accounts, and they are all the same. Nothing is different except the email address.


i just cant figure this out, and its annoying as hell

it may just be your mail server isn't understanding the user/pass. or timing out. or maybe garbled data on the line. mine does that occasionally on various accounts and i just hit the o.k. button and it humms along on it's way. check your setting again. maybe something have changed in the way your server is looking for the information to be passed.

if nothing else -yank/delete the e-mail accounts and re-enter them. it IS windows after all ...
