Tape Backup?

I have been considering backup options for some time, I have a 30gb IDE that I'd like to be backing up regularly - It usually only has ~15gb that I care about on it.

Anyone up to speed on the newer tape backups? Last I remember they did like 1gb, these new 20gb ones are news to me. It looks REALLY inexpensive.

Are they worth it? Are there issues with the larger capacity ones?

Disks are cheap. Buy a spare drive and keep it someplace safe.

Get an external USB or firewire hard drive. They offer them up to 100's of gigs for cheap.
