I am talking if you know its safe sex and with your gf or wife...

Make sure she is on the pill or patch and use a condom as well?

If you can't support a child in your life right now then don't stop using condoms.

I have had 2 friends who are that "1-3%". Enough to scare me into double protection. It feels NOTHING like without a condom, but I'll make due until I can support a child properly.

You *do* know vascectomy's can fix themselves within the next three months or so, right? You still have to use condoms and/or the pill during that time. :)
