Do you get more motivated when someone kisses your ass with complements or does someone ripping you a new asshole make you more motivated?

I know some people feed of negativity and others it just drains... so.. what type of person are you?

I dont give a fuck what people say. My Sunnydollars stats make me motivated...

Wow... you get 3 notices? Must be nice... I get one... but that is usually when I get a month behind...
