In their petition, the pilots said that bombing crowded Palestinian areas is "illegal and immoral." They also condemn Israel's continued occupation of the West Bank and Gaza, saying it corrupts Israeli society.

There are also many service men & women who refuse to serve in the occupied territories.

"Refusal"...in the US military they would be Court Martialed...convicted...and would be dishonorably discharged...very possibly after having served some time in prison.

"raised new questions about the limits of protest in the military"...in the US Military...you do not have the right of protest. and if you engaged in same...your would be Court Martialed...and would be discharged under less than honorable conditions...and depending upon circumstances...very possibly after having served some time in prison.

Noooo way, they would just keep it very silent, and give them an ATPL (civilian airline pilot) license to keep their mouth shut.
