Had dinner with Max Candy last night.
 

He was in town for the night on his way to Bratislava for a casting. Had a very interesting chat about the business.

He told me to tell you he is not dead or retired and just doing custom work at the moment.

I bet some of the newbies will be saying Max who? But two years ago he was one of the main suppliers of content to many a broker. I was just an Internet newbie and learnt a lot from him.

I bought all his content for $100 from that guy on the run.

We talked about the way the business has changed in two years and the decline of the "Broker" in the content market. Seems some of them are not doing so well.

We were trying to work out who was the top content provider in terms of $$$ turn over, any suggestions.
