Probilling Customer Service
Well, I've sent many emails to [email protected] and until now, nobody in the company has answered my questions. What happens to them? Are them broke? Or are them sleeping? I just want an answer.

did you try this?
http://www.probilling.com/cgi-bin/ultimatebb.cgi You can also call them you realize that. Ive called them about 10 times and they answered every single call, they even called me a few times after. :glugglug |
Hi christianrod30,
We reply hundreds of emails at the [email protected] address each day (I'm not saying your doing anything wrong, I just want to verify for you that the address is working for many others). Please contact me directly if you continue to experience difficulties. At proBilling we offer many different methods of communication with our merchants, there's toll free phone (1-866-233-2242), email ([email protected]), our ProBilling Community Forum (thanks doober) and now ... ProChat ProChat is real-time online chat that enables our merchants to chat instantly to live support reps at the click of a button. We released proChat in August and have had great success with the additional, instant service we provide our merchants. |

Most of the time you have to make a fuss before you get anyone at ProBilling to reply to you (as evidenced in this thread). |
Colin, Tks for the answer. I am going to re-send you an e-mail sent one or two weeks ago right now. Thanks in advance.

I have had minor problems with Probilling, the last 90% was my fault.
They are still in business, and from my fourth hand knowledge they are owner or heavily funded by a very large gambling concern. I remember Lancelot Securities, Globil, and Globosale. The best way to get an answer is to call them. I almost alway get a response or a short time to call back. Colin and Thor have their hands full of the normal day to day dealings with VISA. I would not wish that on anyone. Lately, CCBill closed down their service for one of my main sites due to AUP (accepted use policies). They notified me at 1:54 AM on the Friday before Labor day. This gave me no chance to call them back an resolve the dispute until the next Tuesday!!! 2000Charge screwed up my mailing address. Three check I had to stop payment on at $30 a piece. No big deal but heh, the information was correct on all my e-forms. Verotel does not have working fax numbers most of the time. I have been trying to fax them for the last three days, both the US and Nertherland numbers. Even though this is a huge industry it is still thought of as the underworld and sleazy. Everyone does it and views it but it is still kept in the closet. good night |
