You may look at the offer from Adult Traders , I think they sell clicked tgp traffic ( teen & hardcore for $6.5 per 1k, if you buy much, or perhaps even for a better since recently - i am not sure about this ).

They were good for me in the past, but I haven't bought the traffic to feed any tgp.

And, right now, we have some "cheap" exit traffic for $1.25cpm. This is exits off exits; that's why it's so cheap. It also makes good feeder traffic.
