Detecting if FLASH is installed on ones computer.
 

Hello , i am trying to detect wether or not flash is installed on the persons computer. if flashs is detected i want it to pull up the flash banner. If it is not detected i want to pull up a java applet, Now how would i do this? If you could let me know it would be greatly appreciated!
