I'm going to be looking for talent soon, and was wondering if OMP is worth joining.

Has anyone here booked from models on there... a look at the freebie search shows mostly non-nude aspiring models.

no worht spending $$ you can still search jsut not traged in the top 2 adult listings, bu the girlls will still show up in regular searches

The free membership can't email other OMP members. I pay for the Silver $6.95/mo membership. You can email 20 models a day.

I rarely use OMP but it's been helpful.


edit- he's right about not being able to search for "adult" but you can just check nude or glamour and then scan down the search results page to see which models do "erotic."

i was on OMP the other night and i couldn't find any 'free membership' unless you are a model. There's a 10 buck fee - maybe that's changed since you guys got free memberships OR i missed it but i don't think so because i looked everywhere.

i think i will join, even if it's only a few girls in a year it's worth it.

I like browsing the portfolios at that site. I found one girl in Indiana that wants to work for Magic cards. Haha.

Location is part of the problem, as I am in eastern Pennsylvania. On the other hand, model rates are lower here, so that's good. I had one hot looking stripper offer 8 hours shooting, just herself (single-girl), anything goes, for $150.

I get models from all the major agencies across the US. With my web form the models approach you instead of you running after them. Its currently hired out but it'll be available again very soon. Check the sig and read up.

In setting up my site, I know that I have to invest some $$$ in content.

I think it's a good idea to have 2 or 3 really hot girls to get people to convert. I know that sometimes a particular girl can help a site convert better.

Then throw in some filler girls who could be not quite as perfect, but would be cheaper to shoot.

Like most businesspeople I want a lot, but don't wanna pay a lot!

But I also don't want to waste effort, time and money shooting unprofessional girls who might not show up or project well. That'll just cost me in the long run.

Anyway, just wondering if there are any more tips people are willing to share about deals they may have worked out with models (promise them more work in the future, plead poverty, etc.).

give your models like $50 for referring friends (only pay them if you actually do a shoot with their friend)

As usual none of those site you listed have Canadian girls. I don't know why Canadian girls find it hard to model nude.:(

Definitely! And the right kind of model will hopefully bring in the right kind of friend.

I'll need to get a network going like that to make things easier in the future. It's just this startup time that is tough.
