Are Pics Posts and Webrings dead?
 

I haven't seen people talk much about these two traffic sources since 2000. Do some of you still submit your site/page to them or you just stick to TGP?

I still use picposts and they get traffic, but I can't tell how well they are converting (we're redesigning our system to start tracking this better).
