A federal appeals court ruled unanimously today that voting on whether to recall Gov. Gray Davis of California should proceed as scheduled on Oct. 7.

With Davis giving ILLEGAL MEXICANS drivrs licenses now you might as wel stay here, there isnt much of a difference now and surely wont be after we give them all a license to drive.
