i have never heard anyone say that.. i just opened up my affilate system a week ago if that lol

i always built my own PC since i know assembly and troubleshooting stuff. i make sure that the parts has long period of warranty.

Dell is a great desktop, Toshiba laptops are great too

I have a dell laptop, and I've been more than happy with it. But I went and ordered a custom computer a week back from a finnish provider. I don't think Dell is cheap though, if you know computers.. go to a store and pick the parts yourself and build the fucker. cheap.

You should custom make yourself one, All the parts you think will suit your purpose. I try no to buy brand name becasue I find its hard to get it serviced well. And if you open the casing, You void the warranty ?

I don't really want to end up paying some 18 yeard old kid 80 bucks to install my new netwrok card.
