I've never had a single problem with Paypal, and have a nice little flow going through it monthly...

That's exactly it. I use them a lot for non-adult stuff and the odd sponsor payout and so far no problems. However I'm very aware that this may change. Paypal are flakey at best but still provide a service that nobody else can yet match.
