Do content providers want film still??
 

Just wonderiing as have studio lighting etc hair make up etc. Slrs digital scanners digital cameras. Wondering if i decided to sell to providers and since it is all digital am i better off digital all the way with web ready images or or some high resolution scans to go along with it?

We prefer the high res photos, even digial, because this will give us (and you) also the possibility to sell to magazines. For the shop we crop the images by our self, so for the web there is no need to sell a 7.4MB Jpeg files

ok i can scan up to like 300 mb tif files which is way too big so what are you looking for

we still shoot both slide and digi.I hope one day all publishers will accept high res TiFFs so we can shoot with D1s or someting and have no problems - needs some time
