What are the legal considerations about producing fake drunk girl content?
 

Obviously it's not a good idea to produce content where the talent really is drunk, but what about fake drunk content? Any legal problems with that?

I just want them drinking out of beer bottles and acting happy (and slutty :winkwink: ), they wouldn't actually be drinking beer though, probably just juice or water.

It all depends on how much you are paying your lawyers, and how good they are.

Defining fantasy to a jury can cost big bucks.

Consent is a big part of the legality of the contract. Wasnt it necoeds that said he was getting the video taped release showing the girls completly sober, and leaving the video running through the whole shoot.

From my perspective, as an amateur, I like a drink or two before or during a shoot. Helps me relax, but after one it makes my eyes look weird in photos :-) But, the photo shoot is layed out in advance, and the release is discussed and signed competly sober.

yeah that was me :thumbsup .... i hadn't done that at the begining... and i did run into some trouble... but my lawyer handled it.... but now that i keep the extra camera rolling... and zoom in on their eyes... and make the conscent obvious, there won't be any more problems at all...
