Need dedicated servers - spam me

Hi everyone...

It seems that the folks at reflected.net are not serious about getting my business, as I ordered a server from them nearly three weeks ago, and despite numerous emails and phonecalls to find out what was happening, never got a response from them.

So, I'm taking my business elsewhere. This is what I need:

Single-processor dedicated server (prefer AMD, but Intel ok) with reasonably fast processor (doesnt need to be bleeding-edge)
1G memory
Three large (80-120G) IDE hard drives
Bare-bones install of Debian linux. No "management" type stuff, no packages installed.
Minimum 6 IP addresses, preferably more
Multihomed provider with good connectivity. (I do know how to check your upstreams and if you're multihomed or not, and I will be doing it. Dont try and BS me, being singly-homed to a multi-homed upstream does not make you multihomed)
Bandwidth charged on 95th percentile at non-userous rates.
Cluefull technical support contactable by phone 24*7. No messaging services, no "go to this website and fill out this form to have your server rebooted"

If you can provide the above, email me at [email protected]. Include details of server specs, pricing, upstream providers, capacity, average utilisation, physical location where the server will be located, etc

Replied twice to your e-mail freeze.

Your server has been setup and waiting for you since last week as promised.

We also have not recieved a phone call that I know of from you, but I'll check with the other guys to see if they took a call from you or not.

After I didn't get a reply from the second e-mail I sent you, I pretty much let it go at that, but left your server in place. Even though we custom ordered the parts specifically for you, and I've turned down other customers that wanted a box since that one was reserved for you.

So, not quite sure what the above comment is about. I was 100% up-front with you about what we had in stock and not.

Thanks for the recommendation :)

Honestly, though, I've got a hard time believing Reflected dropped the ball on this client. I met them down in Florida and that was one motivated group 'o guys. If you ask me, I think they ought to see where the communication breakdown was because I know Reflected is another 'Hard Working' host.

Cheers,

Brad

I'm man enough to admit when I've fucked up, and it looks like I've fucked up. Apparently the redirection from [email protected] stopped working about a week or so ago, so I never recieved those emails, they ended up in someone elses mail folder.

Phil, if you can accept my apology for this misunderstanding (and comments about you not wanting my business), and re-email me the details for the server, I'd appreciate it.

Keep spamming me with other providers though, I still need one more server (not counting reflected.net)
