Candidhosting.... better service lately?!
I have been with them for years and in the last 2 years, they have sucked with tech support.
BUT, since they were recently bought out, and are apparently are in the process of hiring more tech support, the last 3 times I have email ticketed and or called, it's been 2-3 times faster than normal getting results. A sign on good things to come? If you have dealt with their support lately, have you noticed the same things? Please let me know. |

i tried to get them to do stuff over a month ago and i haven't heard back yet.

I was pretty impressed the way they handled a problem I reported last night, it was resolved pretty quickly

After working some kinks out this summer, it's been smooth sailing with Candid since they were bought out

Yes, much better now - actaully it is very good now.
ICQ support rocks in 90% of the cases even weekends and since I'm in sweden it's usally night when I call. |
