I know this is the second thread on this but the search is still off or broken.

They have big customer service button on their tour. I think this is new and I could not get it to work. Do you think this is hurting our conversions in that they go in there and it doesn't work.

Or it works they ask a few questions and then say, "Yeah I want to sign up" and they get a link. Would that be my link then?

Yep does not work for me. And they are the only program I have seen with something like this.
