getting screen shots from WMV?
I've tried several screen capture programs, none seem to capture from WMV files.
Anyone know how I can accomplish this? |
Ulead Video Srudio 7 does it
|
WMV has been encoded already, and it seems to cause this problem.
Open up Windows Media Player, and turn off all hardware acceleration. You should be able to screencap just fine after doing this. Just turn it back on when you are done. : ) |
This must be the most asked question on gfy. At least twice a week.

Open up the display properties:
Start --> Settings --> Control Panel --> Display Click the Settings tab, then click the Advanced button. Click the Troubleshooting tab and lower the hardware acceleration. Try different settings until you are able to capture. |
