Can you see the thumbnails on this page?
http://www.freehotpics.com/gallery.php?site=allgangbang&style=1&revid=XXXX&s= 0&nopop=1&join=1
Just the thumbs. No need to click anything on the page. |

|
Yep they are displaying fine.
|
Well the why in the hell can't I see them?
I am sick of this. It's been going on for over 6 months now. Some sites just will not show up for me. I have asked for help everywhere and nothing works. Kinda hard to be an adult webmaster when you can't see the thumbnails. |

have you tried using another browser? |

ISP Is Bellsouth and I don't think the would block anything. Firewall is off, Security settings are at thier lowest levels, and host file is ok. Someone please help me. |
Another thing. Juicy's pics come up broken as well as everything on Chokers sites.

Yep |
ok, that means the original site is blocked. Do you see the pagelayout and not the pics then its a firewall issue. If it is your isp the whole site would be blocked. You could try to uninstall the firewall, see if it shows then.

Shows up fine for me :winkwink:

I can see everything but the images. Page colors, layout, etc. Just no images. Firewall is off. Something is blocking them though and I have no idea what it is. :helpme |
well you dont see them in netscape and not in IE. I suggest uninstall the firewall. See what the result is. You can always install it again.

nice!:thumbsup

Firewall is now gone. Still no images. This is silly. |

It used to drive me out of my damn mind... and after lots of scratching my head, I ended up formatting and reinstalling. It never came back again -- so it was definitely a fudged up OS/browser problem, and not an ISP issue. I'm sure the solution is out there without going to the extreme of reformatting/reinstalling.... but it makes the system run a hell of a lot better anyway doing it every few months. And the time was due... |
check this out
Tools / Internet Options / Advanced / Multimedia - check "show pictures" |
Thanks grannytgp.
I am looking at my settings in Norton right now. There seems to be some funny stuff going on in there and I haven't thought to look there. I will check and make sure images are being allowed in IE and if that dosen't work then I am going to format. |
if that stuff doesnt work you may need to do a System Restore
try a restore before a format it may just be a missing or damaged file or registry key a restore should fix that this url shows you how to do a restore http://support.microsoft.com/default...b;EN-US;306084 |
i can see em, not the best page ive seen, might wanna sharpen everything up somewhat before u go submitting

Thanks alot Norton Internet Security you piece of shit. After manually removing NIS from my system (for some reason I was not set up as admin/I am the only person that has ever used this machine) so I had to go in and manualy remove it from the registry. Somthings are not right but I can see the images now. Looks like I will be formatting tomorrow night. Thanks for all the help everyone. :glugglug |
