My name´s Dany, Im a newbie webmaster seeing, day by day, what a hard life is to being a webmaster of a porn site... :)

I had been here for a long time (with another account) only lurking, because I never had nothing to say... But now, I want to show you the results of a funny investigation...


I did a curious experiment this past week... I was using Freezinebucks for one year... Some days, I saw cheerfully how I did 10 and 15$ with 100 or 115 unique hits, but, when two or three days passed, I saw how, with the same unique hits, I did 1 or 2$... I think it was normally (one day a bunch of horny guys visit your site, other these guys are not so horny...) But, this last August, the things get worse... 1:150 ratios are alarmant, and there´s no more cheer-days, all for 30 days... So, on September I decide to check that if they are cheating me...

After these 3 days, I change the sponsor to freepassbucks... Using EXACTLY THE SAME SITE, AND BANNER PROMO... (This means, there´s ANYTHING NEW) the next three days (19-21 sept)



3 Days with FZB = 8 $

3 Days with FPB = 42$


Can anybody found and explanation for this?
I dont think that it´s a "Free sponsor effect" for users... Freemags are Freemags... In fact, I saw that FPB have a sing up with more "up_and_downs, get_back_and_choose_your_code" things that FZB...

It´s the 34$ of difference enough to open my eyes? YES

Please, dont take it as a FPB TV spot... I dont have anything with them, except the hope they´ll soon start to send me my checks...
This is only a cry of a minor WB tired of being a simple "pollichinella" on the hands of the sponsors...

Try WEGCash. (Only other thing I can say is if 99% of your traffic is bookmarks or reacurring.) I convert 1:7 with wegcash so.

well either way I think you answered your question. Use freepassbucks, they convert way better for you.

maybe they are shaving you , maybe they aren't you will never know so just switch to the better converting sponsor. maybe you have repeat visitors.

don't try making any profound statements or observations if you're a newbie

i have use both in the past and freepassbucks did not convert as well,their join process is more diffcult then FEB.

Quit while you're ahead...

Whenever you use a sponsor for a year then switch out to a fresh program, it will convert better for a while since none of your traffic has signed up for it. Newbie's wouldn't know that though :thumbsup

Hey Newb, these guys are right, the traffic converted becasue they are bookmark trafic and were seeing something new. Hell I am at an 8 signups for every 1 hit right now with FZB...hehehehe

i'll side with everyone else: new banner/sponsor hahahaha new signups. now quite bitching and start changing those sponsor links ... you already proved where your making money at.

It could be that it's bookmark traffic.

If it is and a surfer signs up twice for the site you've been sending them to for the past year (lets say its the lesbian site). Your only getting credit for the first time they signup for the lesbian site. But if you send the same surfer to a different site (say cheerleader) you'll get another dollar for that signup.

Just switch your links every once in a while and you might see a difference. Also if your not already doing it give them a choice between a couple different sites. They might come back and signup for a couple of sites.

I've tried about all of the email sites and had the best conversions with free ezine bucks.. just see my sig:winkwink:
