Best DV cams retailers in Miami or NYC

I'm going to send a guy to USA to buy some digital video gear, and since I don't trust in online stores (and due to taxes it would cost me twice its value to me) I'd need some good VideoCams retail stores (preferrably with website) you can recommend me in Miami or NYC :helpme
