Jettis and Epoch and chargebacks
 

in the last 6 months i've signed up for a fair number of porn sites, and twice the trials continued into monthlies even though i had *confirmed* cancellations. This happened once with epoch (i think atleast. it was a few months ago. i know it was at http://service.adultprovide.com) and once with jettis (found this one recently). Both places reversed the charge when i called customer service (though the reps were far from pleasant to talk to). And now i just realized both times were for nastydollars sites. Do they do this on purpose or what? Can't be good for chargeback ratios. this has never EVER happened with a ccbill or ibill site i've joined.

Actually we process with jettis, and have never had a chargeback, but have had a few credits. Jettis may be a little quick to give a credit, but I would prefer that than a chargeback.

This happenned to my friend (who's not in the business) as well. He only got a couple charges reversed and ended up charging back the rest. All his attempts at getting help from NastyDollars (he called them) failed.
