If its easy to remember, 1 word . com

But mostly, what you do with it.

I rather have suck-my-little-penis-xxx.com with 10k traffic than bigpenis.com getting 100 type ins daily.

I think THAT is the key. Just because it is one word does not mean its easy to remember.

And fuck all .net, .org, .us, .anything-other-than.com

If you do not have a .com then you will drop most of your type in traffic to the .com - wtf types in .net or one of the other random .whatevers by default?

Most, if not all (now with the verisign bullshit) of the domains that are getting alot of type in traffic are already taken. So, imo, if you want a good adult domain now - pick something that's easily brandable, preferably short (one or two words), and easy to remember.
