Is the Madden series still the best of the lot, or is their a better game out ??

X-box, PS2 or Gamecube. Doesn't matter...

I prefer the Sega 2K series, which is now ESPN...I think they're available on all platforms.

madden 04 owns all football games hands down. i've played espn 2k4 and fever and neither can compare to the realism of madden 04. if you are looking for realism in a console football game than madden is by far the best choice. only thing that sucks is no online play for xbox or gc, just ps2.

depends what you want..want realness, Madden..want arcade type of play, take your pick of the others...

haven't payed '04 yet,the only thing that was missing last year was the trading block.i think espn had it where other teams initiate trades

fever sucks :1orglaugh that game is for little kids who like to play unrealistic sports games. that game is nothing more than nfl blitz with 11 players. granted it looks very good but the game play is pure shit
