It is quite popular in Australia mainly asians and caucasians. Just wondering if the whole interracial dating thing is picking up a bit around the world.

Not so much around here, usually if I see an interracial couple they're both extremely overweight - in which case I imagine they're just taking whatever they can get.

When I was in Germany a few years ago, it was the "fad" thing to do. Its kinda like that here now with hip hop and rap in style now. It will fade away again soon.

Fad? Look at all the different breeds of dogs there are in the world, maybe that started out as a fad....i see people now i don't even have any clue what they are.

My husband is half Korean. So I'm in an interracial relationship, so to speak. His father obviously married a Korean woman. His sister is dating several men, all white.

My aunt who is almost 50 just married a 19 year old Mexican guy.

One of my best friends married a black man and they now have 2 kids.

And around here not a day goes by when I don't see a white woman with a mixed (mulatto) child or two.

Here is the states it is. I just got back from Germany, it is very popualr there..See lots of German women with black American soldiers.

I date interracially. I dont see it as a "fad." But, there are some interracial couples, there are some same race couples.
