Is Bomis.com teamed up with Google.com? And if not why is Bomis posting my 'google adword' advertisements, under a little section called 'sponsored link' on the top of some of his pages?

I also like how when I pause my adgroup, my links on Bomis still stay up.

Anyone can run adwords now. you could put them on your site.

It's called the Google AdSense program, allows sites to carry AdWords on relevant sites.
